Day 1: Marrakech – Zagora

Journey towards southern Morocco through the high Atlas mountains, you’ll see many beautiful villages on the side of the road , it”s a unique landscapes of green and red contrasts with vibrant colors until you get to the highest point of 2060m. You will visit the town of Ouarzazate and its Taourirt Kasbah. Cross Anti Atlas mountains and drive via the beauitful valley of Draa. The day ends in Zagora.
Day 2: Zagora – Merzouga

Drive to the desert via many mountains Berber villages like Tazarine, Nkoub, we will travel via Rissani the capital of Tafilalte. Arrive Merzouga, accommodation in a hotel next to the dunes.
Day 3: Merzouga – Erg-chabbi – Merzouga

You will make the large tour of the dunes stopping in Khamlia village to enjoy listening to live Gnaoua music which is played by the locals , continue to see the lifestyle of the nomads under their tents. In the evening you drive back to the hotel for a camel ride to spend the night in the middle of the dunes.
Day 4: Merzouga – Dades gorges

You’ll wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes before riding the camels back to the hotel where you’ll have shower and breakfast , start our day via Erfoud and many Berber villages like Tinjdad and Tinghir and the outstanding landscape of Todra Gorges or the so called the grand canyons of Morocco, it’s an ideal place for walking and wondering. Continue towards Boumalne and Dades Gorges where you will spend the night
Day 5: Dades gorges – Marrakech

In the morning back to Marrakech via Kelaa M’gouna it’s a spot where roses festival takes a palce every may of each year.You’ll cross Ouarzazate to reach one of the best preserved Kasbahs of Morocco, it’s the historical ( 11th century ) Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou a place where many famous movies were filmed like Babel, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven … Stop for lunch in the spot and continue to Marrakech and the end of the trip.
